>>Will I get terminated for not generating enough clicks or impressions?
>> While this language is indeed included in the T&C, please note that we have never done this sort of termination.

>>Is Adsense status a good source to check your traffic?
>> Not really. Many visitors, including Firefox users can block AdSense ads. One user get's twice the page views in awstat and webalizer than show up in the AdSense reports.

>>What do I do if I'm about to get bombed with visitors?
>> E-mail Google ASAP. At least a few business days in advance if you can, and save the E-mail and there reply. Suddenly getting bombed with visitors has been known to make Google send out that invalid clicks termination E-Mail. If you then get terminated, you can reply to them with a copy of your E-mail and there reply. Be polite! Explain to them what caused the massive increase in visitors, and include links to anything that can back you up. For example, a major web page that adds a link to your site.

>>Who pays more money $$Google or Yahoo$$?
>> There's not a lot of info out on this yet. I got three quotes from three users that are now testing Yahoo... 'Yahoo pays 100% more'. Another one is 'finding YPN actually better than Adsense', and 'the CPC is better then AdSense' Of course we don't know how the payout will be after Yahoo get's out of beta. As far as we know, they could cut payout in half a few months after going public when all the hype dies down. If you got Yahoo Ads on your site, post your results on the boards and compare them to Google Ads You will get the Answer.

>>Can we have images above or next to our ads?
>> Yes, but include a border line between the ads and use generic ads.
From AdSense Advisor...
Placing images above AdSense ads is not necessarily prohibited by program policies. However, depending on the method of implementation this could be considered `encouraging users to click on ads'. Encouraging users to click on the Google ads appearing on your site is prohibited by AdSense program policies. The reason for this is to prevent artificial inflation of advertiser costs. This benefits both advertisers and publishers by preserving the integrity of the network, and maintaining its long-term viability. If you have concerns about whether you have implemented your ads in a way that complies with AdSense program policies, feel free to email us with your URL. A specialist will be happy to conduct a review, and you will not be penalized.

>>How do I change my Email Address / login?
>> 1. Create a new email. If possible, use the email address currently associated with your AdSense account
2. Write 'Login change request' as the subject of your message 3. Include the following in the body of your message: * The email address currently associated with your account * The date of the first day your account registered AdSense impressions * The number of page impressions registered on your first day of impressions 4.Send the email to adsense-support@Google.com

>>My 'Aggregate' clicks are about 15% more than the sum of all my channel clicks. Why do I have missing clicks?
>> If you are using URL channels, some of these clicks could have been generated from cached versions of your page appearing in search engine results. Also, someone might be framing your content so the clicks are attributable to a different URL. Using 'www' in your URL channel can also have an effect on tracking. If you are using custom channels, it is likely that one of your ad units might not be attributable to a channel.

:::Some Questions Related To CPM & CPC Ads:::

>>What is CPC Ads V/S CPM Ads?
>> Cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-thousand-impression (CPM). When AdWords advertisers bid on a CPM basis, their ads will compete against CPC ads to display on your pages. Our technology automatically displays whichever ad will generate the maximum revenue for that page, so these ads should only improve your site's revenue potential. If a CPM ad appears on your site, you will be paid each time it appears on your page, not every 1000 times. The term 'cost-per-thousand-impressions' refers to they way AdWords advertisers bid on these Ads. For example, an AdWords advertiser might bid $X for 1000 ad impressions. If this ad appears on your site through the AdSense program, you will receive 1/1000 of $X each time the ad appears. This type of ad will only show on your site if it represents more revenue potential than a CPC Ads.

>>Can we view CPM ads on our own site?
>> You are permitted to view CPM ads appearing on your pages without the risk of creating invalid ad impressions.

>>How could I be make money from no click?
>> With CPM ads these Ads are Cost Per Month Ads.

>>Why does the page eCPM goes down as day progresses?
>> The ads which pay higher can end because they reach their daily limit.

:::Some More Questions About Getting Away Of BAN From Adsense:::

>>How do I keep away from getting terminated of Adsense?
>> Do use the Adsense approved formats only.
>> Do keep your click-through data and income private.
>> Don't display Adsense on registration or thank you pages.
>> Don't use Adsense code and a competitor's content-targeted advertisement on the same page.
>> Don't encourage anyone else to click on ads.
>> Don't click on the site's own ads ever.
Read the Adsense policies and terms.

The easiest method an account can be banned is by a Webmaster clicking on the site's own ads.
Spikes in click-through percentages are hefty red flags. Those are the changes worth becoming proactive over by emailing Google Adsense. A site that rises from a consistent 1% click-through rate to a 10% click-through rate on one day could become suspect. The actual percentage that creates the flag isn't made public for obvious reasons.

>>What if I get denied when I sign-up and Google says I got banned before, yet I've never used AdSense?
>> If you get this E-Mail....
Your AdSense account was found to be related to an account previously disabled for invalid click activity. A publisher who has an account that has been disabled for invalid clicks is not allowed further participation in the AdSense program. And you've never used AdSense before try to figure out WHY they might be thinking you were once banned. IP Address? Owning a domain that was once owned by a user that cheated AdSense?? Once you figure out the cause, send them a nicely worded explanation, and cross your fingers.

>> How Much Can I Earn From Google Adsense? >>Google does not disclose exactly how much you'll earn per ad that is clicked. The commission you receive per click depends on how much advertisers are paying Google for the particular Ad You will earn a share of that amount. I've heard of earnings anywhere from 2 cents to $15 per click. So it is logical to believe that keyword phrases like debt free, employment, make money, mp3, sex, etc. will earn you more per click since these are highly competitive keywords that are searched for quite a bit on the web. Advertisers generally pay more for popular terms because they are searched for more. Even though Google will not reveal how much you are earning for each ad that is clicked from your site, you can still login to your account at any time and see the total amount of revenue you've generated that day, week, month, year, etc. For example, if you see that you've made $12.60 today from 9 clicks then you can calculate that your average click-thru commission was $1.40 per click. That's as detailed as their stats will get. Also remember, that's only an average. You won't know how much each specific ad brought in.

>>How to get unbanned from Adsense?
>> Read these Articles.

>>How to get my Adsense Account back?
>> There is No way to get it back but You Can Try Once by Filling an Online Appeal Form.
Next time you join a program, read the Terms & Conditions CAREFULLY.

>>Does high CTR mean elimination from Adsense?
>> probably not. It shows your site is much optimized. It's when you have a massive spike that you want to worry about it. One thing to worry about is getting click-bombed. If you average 100 clicks a day, and suddenly get a 500 click day, contact Google immediately.

>>Can affiliate text links be on the same page as AdSense?
>> Yes. Though if you join programs that look like AdSense, such as Yahoo ad program, where the ads show content related to the page, you can't have them on the same page as Google.

>>Can I place Yahoo and Google ads on the same site?
>> Yes, BUT, they can not be on the same page. And you can have it random, one time Yahoo, and another time Google. Just don't have them both show up on the same page

Hair tips for all kinds of hair

always rinse well
your hair can be this soft too
HOME MADE HAIR RINSES
Hair rinses are very important as it corrects the hair’s pH level and removes residue from shampoo and other hair products like gels, hair spray, etc.
Vinegar can remove residue from hair and close the cuticles. It has the power to restore the natural pH level and can prevent your scalp from itching. You may use ordinary white vinegar but I suggest that you use apple cider vinegar. I know that a lot of people find the smell of vinegar to be a bit trying but believe me it is worth it.
Below are some of the home rinses that you can make and use:
Rinse to soften your hair:
Mix 1-2 tb sp of apple cider vinegar with 3 cups distilled water.
Direction: pour the mixture over your hair as the final rinse. This will leave your hair softer and it can be used on all hair types.
Rinse to make your hair shiny:
Mix 2 tb sp of lemon juice, 2 tb sp of apple cider vinegar and 1 cup of water.
Direction: After shampooing your hair and rinsing it with normal water, pour the mixture over your hair and massage into the scalp. Rinse with water (preferably not hot water) and you will see a marked improvement in the luster of your hair!
 HOME-MADE HAIR CONDITIONERS
Curd and egg conditioner:
Mix one whole egg with 4 table spoon of bitter curd and apply to your hair. There is no need to massage it on to your scalp. Just apply it to the hair. Keep it for 20-30 minutes and rinse with normal water. It will make your hair soft and less frizzy.
Castor Oil & Egg Yolk
Mix an egg yolk with 2 teaspoons of castor oil and massage into your hair. Rinse and wash your hair as usual after keeping it on for 15 minutes.
Mayonnaise Conditioner
Apply 1/2 a cup of mayonnaise to damp hair. Work into hair and cover with a shower cap or towel for up to 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and then shampoo as usual.
Milk conditioner:
Milk is a very good conditioner for hair. Take some cold milk and apply with using a spray bottle, comb your hair gently, wait for 30 mins, wash your hair with shampoo, do not use conditioner after shampoo as Milk is a natural conditioner which will leaves your hair feeling silky and soft.
Hot oil treatment for dry hair:

Take 3 tb sp of castor oil and massage on your scalp and hair. Dip a towel into hot water and wring and cover your hair with the hot towel. Leave it for 10 minutes or till the towel stays hot then re-dip the towel into the hot water and re apply. Do this 3 times and wash your hair with cold water.
For healthy and long hair:
Mix 1 tsp of honey, 1 tsp of olive oil and 1 tsp of lime/lemon juice. Add 1 egg to the mixture and apply on your hair from the roots to the tips. Leave

General advise:
Try to avoid washing your hair daily as it strips your hair from the natural oil that your hair has, making it secrete more oil and hence making your hair greasy. Thus, the more you wash your hair the greasier it becomes.
Dry, coarse and brittle hair needs to be nourished from within; a conditioner that just rinses out would not do the job. Get hold of an intensive moisturising shampoo which will cleanse without excessive rubbing and follow with a hot oil treatment. Heat opens up the hair cuticles allowing the moisturiser to penetrate the hair shaft giving it suppleness, bounce and movement.

1. Feed your hair
What we eat does show up as a reflection of what we consume. Eating right and using supplements provides nutrients needed for healthy hair growth. We get these nutrients such as Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, and Omega-3 fatty acids directly from the foods we eat as well as through additional supplements. For a list of 10 foods for healthy hair see here.
2. Know your hair type - wash and moisturize appropriately
My mother always told me to wash my hair every other day. It’s a good general tip, but depending on your hair type, you can tweak how long you go in between shampoos. For example, if you have oily hair, two to three times a week may be good and if it’s extremely oily, you may find that you have to do it every day. However, you always want to be sure that you are getting enough moisture because washing tends to dry your hair out. Certain hair types such as porous curly hair only require washing once a week to avoid over-drying of the strands. Washing your hair in lukewarm water is better than with hot water, as it leads to stripping of naturally occurring essential oils. After conditioning, a cool water rinse helps close up your cuticles and avoid over-drying.
3. Trim it to get rid of dried split ends
Did you ever hear anyone tell you that cutting your hair allows your hair to grow longer? Seems counter-intuitive, but clearing away the dry dead ends does prevent your hairs from splitting more up the strand. The result is having healthier looking hair that is longer than it would have been if you were to cut off all of your dead ends.
4. Be gentle with your hair
We want to keep what we have and prevent damaging it. Avoid excessive coloring and use of heated styling tools. Protect your hair from the environment (sun and wind) by using a scarf or hat to cover up or when swimming using a cap. If you are in a social environment and want to avoid covering up your beautiful hair, use leave in conditioner for protection as well using products that protect from UV rays. Brush your hair with a naturally bristled brush with gently strokes. Use a wide toothed comb or your fingers when detangling. Be cautious using our fingers if your hair is oily because oil from your fingers can easily be transferred to your hair.
5. Be mindful of your scalp
This is the foundation of healthy hair since this is where your hair grows begins. Hair grows from follicles that reside in your skin forming your scalp. Your hair is nourished in the follicle in your scalp by proteins and blood circulation. Cleaning the scalp to remove dead skin cells and toxins is imperative. This is achieved when washing your hair. When shampooing, be sure to tend to your scalp and concentrate on massaging the scalp. You can wash the rest of your hair, but the focus on the scalp is important, as this is usually where your hair is naturally the “dirtiest.” The massage also helps with circulation of blood flow to the scalp, which is necessary for nourishment. Again, be gentle when massaging your scalp, as you don’t want to pull on your hair much. Achieve this by positioning your fingers directly on the scalp (under the hair) and moving in a circular motion with firm pressure. Very relaxing!

Ten Super Hair Tips for Natural Hair This Summer

Let Summer Be Your Guide For Healthy Hair
Summer time is upon us and what better way to celebrate by embracing the beauty of our natural hair, right? Summertime is a great time to re-evaluate the condition of our hair and make improvements where we can. So, while you are enjoying lemonade, summer barbeques, picnics, camp outs, and time by the pool, here are a few tips to enjoying and caring for your hair this summer:

1. Leave the Heat: Heat destroys hair cuticles, hair follicles, and dries the scalp causing disturbance in the micro-flora of the scalp. Forget blow drying or using a curling iron. Your hair will love you back.
2. Trim your hair. During the warmer summer months a hair trim would do your hair good. By trimming your hair – even by an inch - you can avoid plenty of split ends in the future.
3. Stop using synthetic products for your hair. Most of our hair products are petroleum based (that means in used to be crude oil in before it was refined and processed). Petroleum based hair products may smell good and be effective, but they can often dry out the cuticles, plug up your hair follicles, and irritate your scalp.
4. Reduce your shampooing. Most likely you are shampooing your hair more than three times a week. Experts agree that more than that will strip your hair of natural oils that the sebaceous glands produce to protect it.
5. Condition your hair naturally after a shower. Forget the expensive beauty store products! One of the best ways to condition your hair is to use natural virgin olive oil. Olive oil works great to seal in moisture and smooth out damaged hair shafts. In addition, it’s great to moisturize the scalp. This also helps to reduce your frizzy hair!
6. Consider using coconut oil and gently rub it into your hair. Like olive oil, this is a great alternative to synthetic hair products that are expensive.
7. Do you have a build-up of hair product in your hair that is weight it down? Here is a secret rinse your hair with a solution of baking soda. Make sure you rinse it out thoroughly!
8. Natural hair growth can only be stimulated by several essential vitamin compounds and trace minerals. If you are over-worked, over-stressed, exposed to pollution, the vitamins that promote hair growth quickly get depleted. Nourishing your hair from the inside can help restore the luster and beauty of your hair. Try Alpha Renew Hair Vitamins.
9. Protect your hair from the sun with a little dab of sun block. Yeah, it’s a little sticky but dilute it with a little water and rub it in. Your hair will be protected from the very damaging UV rays.
10. Probiotics. Huh? Yeah, probiotics have a lot to do with the health of your hair. Without these friendly bacteria your hair will soon be suffering and struggling to grow within a few months.
If you embrace your natural hair, you will feel better, look better, and save money too!

Hair Straightening Tips - 5 Hair Straightening Tips

Hair straighteners are admired at the present time. It just displays the want of women to have wonderful straight hair from time to time. People with wavy and curly hair aren’t the only ones to use it; people with straight hair use it too.

Though, regular use of hair straighteners is not good for your hair. This could be damaging for the hair. For a healthy hair even after frequent use of device, follow these useful Hair Straightening tips:

1. Select a good hair straightener. If you wish to have the top results, select the best tool. Ceramic hair straighteners are great for your hair and you may want to reflect on that. In spite of drying your hair after use, you would observe that it would provide it a healthy glow.

2. Heat distribution should be even. The inexpensive straighteners with the metal plates generally have this trouble. A part of it is hot enough whereas the other end has surplus temperature level you wish. That portion would burn your hair. If you selected your device well, heat will be right all through the plate.

3. Use shielding spray on portion you are set to straighten. This would make sure that you would not harm your hair. Investing in protecting hair products would also improve the results. You would certainly have shiny and smooth straight hair after.

4. Though straighteners do a wonderful job, do not use it daily. Daily contact to heat is damaging for your hair particularly if your tool has the metal plate.

5. Before you begin with the straightener, make certain to have a knotted free hair. You could run your hand in your hair when drying them, it would have the better result and you would not require running the device on your hair constantly.

Acne Skin Care Tips - A Solution For Those Suffering With Acne

To help reduce your acne breakouts and its resulting damage to your skin, the following acne skin care tips may be a beneficial add-on to your acne arsenal.
  • Avoid using facial bleach astringents as they tend to aggravate acne and ultimately cause the entire situation to become worse.
  • Start by using a mild, water soluble facial cleanser that contains salicylic acid. This is one of my favorite ingredients as it will help to make your face feel smoother, keep it free of bacteria, exfoliate the dead skin cells, and reduce excess oil production.
  • In case you wear makeup, the applicator brushes must be washed and changed frequently. Ideally you will want to wash them every day; therefore, you might want to consider changing to disposable applicators to save yourself a little time.
  • Speaking of makeup, it is also imperative that you remove all makeup before going to bed. Give those pores opportunities to freely breathe without being inhibited with foundation, powders, and blush.
  • In case you are also suffering from body acne, you will want to avoid wearing clothes that are too tight, as they will restrict the circulation of air and could increase the chances of skin irritations, which is one of the causes of acne problems.
  • Be sure and use a good anti-dandruff shampoo because persistent dandruff may aggravate acne on the face, shoulders and back areas. Cleaning the hair frequently to remove excess dirt and oils will definitely help you prevent the transference of these substances to the forehead and cheeks.
  • The frames of any eyeglasses and sunglasses should be cleansed daily and preferably before each use to keep dirt, oil, and bacteria off the face.
  • Avoid the sun as it will enlarge the pores, which in turn will give excess oils and dead skin cells a larger "home" to live in. In addition, sun exposure to UV rays will damage the skin, create wrinkles, and may lead to skin cancer.
In addition to the above acne skin care tips, there are several things that can be done to protect the skin from the ravages of winter. As an example, your skin might become overly dry during the cold months, which in turn causes your skin to become a virtual desert of flakiness, redness and irritation.

Generally, an individual is more prone to acne breakouts in their T-zone, which pertains to the forehead, nose, and chin areas. Therefore, during the winter months you might want to only apply toner to these areas as toner tends to be a bit more drying to skin in the colder months.

If you enjoy using an exfoliation product, just be sure to select one that doesn't contain ingredients that tend to irritate acneic skin. Things like alcohol and witch hazel should be completely avoided. Care should be taken when using a product that contains benzoyl peroxide as it may cause a tight, dry feeling to the face, along with inflammation, irritation and redness.

Be sure to keep up with your water intake. When it's cold outside we sometimes forget about keeping our bodies properly hydrated. As the skin fails to receive the necessary fluids, it becomes dehydrated and starts to feel a bit tight or dry.

You may find your acne treatment products are too harsh for your skin during the winter months. Therefore, you might need to switch to an every other day routine until any flaking, dryness, and tight feeling subsides. If you are using any prescription meds, you will need to check with your doctor before scaling back a bit.

Acne Tips For Home Treatment

There is no shortage of acne tips out there today but how do you choose which one is right for you? How you treat your acne can often depend on what is causing it. Let's explore some of the most common types of acne and some acne home treatments and other tips that are available today.
Natural acne home treatments:Simple acne, caused by clogged pores from oil in the skin, can often be treated with an acne facial at home. The goal of a facial is to decrease inflammation and dry out the areas of most concern. Many ingredients can be found in your local grocery store rather than the corner drugstore and are very affordable as well. Blending a fresh cucumber into a paste and applying like a mask can be soothing to the inflamed cysts as well as work as an acne preventative. Fresh minced garlic rubbed on the affected areas is a great natural astringent (a drying agent) that can dry out acne quickly, however, be sure you don't have a date that night! Even cooked oatmeal applied to the skin for 15 minutes can be inexpensive and effective home acne facial. Other ingredients that can be made into pastes for effective masks include cumin seeds, rosewater and sandalwood as well as water and ground orange peel. Lavender water is soothing to inflamed areas and aloe Vera juice drunk daily is a good preventative as well.
 Acne medications:
For more serious cases of acne, medications may be needed. The goal of all acne medications is to kill the bacteria which causes the inflammation of the cysts, dry out the cyst and maintain healthy skin pH and moisture levels. There are many over the counter products available for acne home treatment today but not all products are created equal. Many people make the mistake of using harsh, abrasive cleansers to clean the face thinking this will better remove the dirt and oil. Using abrasive, harsh cleansers will only irritate the skin and inflame the cysts even more. It is important to use a mild cleanser to remove excess oil and dirt from the skin and not to scrub strongly. Secondly, use of a drying agent such as 2.5% benzyl peroxide should be applied to the affected areas. Only use this on the cysts or irritated areas, however, as if you dry out the skin too much you can cause more breakouts. Finally, use of a good moisturizer is essential to avoid flakiness and excessive dryness. Many people erringly miss this step and while their cysts might clear up for a short period, they strip the skin of essential oils making it more prone to irritation and infection causing an even heavier breakout! Make sure, however, that any moisturizer you use in your acne home treatment is water based and not oil based, or reads "non-comedogenic" on the label, which means it will not clog the pores.
While occasionally severe cases of acne may require a visit to the dermatologist, these acne tips can serve as effective home acne treatments in most cases. Be diligent and consistent and you too can have beautiful, clear skin.

Acne remedy 5 tips to prevent and cure acne

TIPS TO PREVENT AND CURE ACNE
Everyone wish to have a soft, smooth and blemish free skin. But do we all get what we wish for? Are you one of those who have to deal with a new pimple every day? Are the blemishes just not ready to leave your skin? Do you feel frustrated the moment you think about yourself…your skin? If the answer is yes then its time you read this article.

Always remember there is no single tip or a rapid formula that can relieve your acne problem.

Several marketed products claim of curing acne, but always use them carefully, only after reading the instructions properly. Some of these can lead to severe side effects. So be extra careful, after all you are dealing with your own skin.

• Firstly make sure you drink lots of water daily. It helps to flush out the toxins from the body and keeps your skin feeling fresh. You can start your day with a glass of warm water. This helps prevent constipation and keeps your skin glowing.

• Keep your face oil free. Wash your face after coming from outside. You don’t require using soap all the time. You can instead use besan mixed with a little water for this.
 • Eat lot of fruits, vegetables in the form of salads and fresh juices. You can use honey instead of sugar. Avoid eating junk food as far as possible.

• Use face packs suitable for your skin type. If you have oily skin you can prefer fuller's earth (clay pack) mixed with sandal wood powder and rose water.

• If you have dandruff, see that you keep your hair and scalp clean because the pimples are because of that. Avoid scratching your head. Keep your nails small. Good hygiene is very important if you want to get rid of acne and pimples.

• Put minimal make up. Cleanse it before going to bed at night. Don’t fill your cupboards with hundreds of cosmetic and over the counter products. You probably don’t need that much. Go for the minimal approach. The lesser the better.

acne tips to treat acne and acne scars

Many people search endlessly for acne tips to help acne and acne scars. Many times, we will go to dermatologists and use over-the-counter acne products with no success. It is easy to give up. However, those who take the time to research this devastating disease and educate themselves have the power to put up a good fight with the hopes of minimizing and permanently healing their acne. In this hub, I will attempt to offer some tips and advice to those who have tried going to dermatologists and using products with little or no permanent success.
Realize that fighting acne is a marathon, not a sprint. Many individuals look for the “quick-fix” instead of thinking about long-term results. The sooner you realize that you are not going to heal your acne overnight, the sooner you can get started on a regimen that will heal your acne permanently in the long run.
Experiment to determine what factors have an influence over your acne. For example, a really hot, long shower may aggravate one person’s acne while it may not affect another person. Maybe dairy affects your acne while coffee affects somebody else. Experiment with different food groups and types of foods. Consider doing an elimination diet: eliminate a certain food for an extended period of time and then re-introduce it to see if it affects you. For instance, try eliminating dairy from your diet for 20 days, and then drink a glass of milk. Does the milk cause a breakout? You may be allergic to dairy. Always give the food about three days before deciding if it has affected you. Personally, coffee, dairy, and long-hot showers cause me to breakout. No two people are alike, and no two cases of acne are alike. Different things will affect different people’s acne in different ways.
Join a forum that is related to dealing with acne. I recommend acne.org. This Web site was created by an ex-acne sufferer named Dan. The most helpful part of the Web site is the forum. Individuals from around the globe offer advice and information relating to acne. This forum is useful because people can tell you what has and has not worked for them. Also, this is a great way to get support and meet others who suffer from this condition.
Stop using so many chemicals on your face. Seriously, STOP! Give your face a break. Using these potent creams containing benzoyl peroxide and sacylic acid everyday really takes a toll on skin. These products may temporarily work, but have they permanently healed your acne? I didn't think so. Our skin is naturally designed to protect itself and release the correct amount of oils, etc. You would be surprised how much your skin will thank you if you allow it to breathe. For a topical treatment, I recommend using water, water and sea salt, or desert essence thoroughly clean face wash. Personally, I use the desert essence thoroughly clean face wash. It is an all-natural facial cleanser that is PH balanced and very gentle on your face. This facial cleanser can be found on Amazon. Water or water with sea salt work very well too. Have you ever noticed your face seems clearer at the beach? It’s the sea salt from the ocean! Sea salt can be found in your local grocery store. I recommend reading this article from the acne.org forums to really drive this point home.
Increase your intake of fruits and vegetables, take a good multi-vitamin, and avoid acne-triggering foods. This tip is easier said than done. Eating healthy is something that we all strive to do, but sometimes can be very difficult and expensive. If you are serious about healing your acne, you MUST do this. Fruits and vegetables work to balance out the PH level in our bodies. Basically, most peoples’ PH level in their body is very acidic. Fruits and vegetables work to alkalize the body. If you are really bad about eating more fruits and vegetables, I would recommend drinking smoothies. There is a great post at the acne.org forums about smoothies. Along with these smoothies, consider spending money on a really good multi-vitamin. I personally take Mega Men Sport from GNC. Any good multi-vitamin will work. Also, I have found that fish oil has had a positive effect as well. You can buy these in capsule form from Wal-Mart. Just as important as eating more fruits and vegetables is avoiding certain acne-causing foods. As I mentioned previously, you may have to experiment to determine what negatively affects your acne. The big ones are fried foods, sugar, vegetable oil, and saturated fats from red meats. Additionally, consider drinking more water and less soda. Soda contains a lot of sugar. Water not only works to alkalize and purify the body, but is free of sugar and calories. The key here is moderation. Obviously, it is almost impossible to avoid certain foods all the time. Even by slightly cutting back you should notice a difference within a couple months.
These tips offer a starting point for somebody who wants to fight their acne. It will take a lot of time and research to start seeing results. I hope that this article serves as a starting point for somebody who wants to heal their acne. Fighting acne takes time and patience. Some of the sacrifices I recommend doing may not sound like something you want to do; however, you have to ask yourself how bad you want rid of your acne.
